Cotton Logistics Opens New Lodges For 260 Workers in South Texas. In December, Cotton Logistics opened two more private workforce housing sites in South Texas for an oilfield services company operating in the Eagle Ford Shale. Both locations – a 100 bed camp in Cotulla and a 160 bed camp in Karnes City – are being managed by Cotton Logistics.
