The Oil & Gas Year Completes First Circulation Audit
ISTANBUL, TURKEY – The Oil & Gas Year has announced it has completed the first audit of its global circulation. The audit was done by BPA Worldwide, which has the world’s largest membership of any media-auditing agency. The audit certifies The Oil & Gas Year’s print circulation for each of its 25 annual country editions. The Oil & Gas Year boasts a total readership of 69,000 oil and gas business executives, according to an independent survey conducted by Zing Insights.

Glenn J. Hansen, BPA Worldwide President, praised The Oil & Gas Year for voluntarily opening its records to independent verification and documentation of its circulation data. Hansen added that the audit facilitates the buying and selling of advertising space.

The green dots are growing. Eagle Ford map shows the latest “on schedule” oil rigs for the Eagle Ford have jumped 406 since the last map from the Texas Railroad Commission, back in May.
Texas , S.B. 1747 to appropriate $225 million for counties needing to repair roads in the Eagle Ford and allows counties to create “County Transportation Reinvestment Zones”. These zones could use local sales tax dollars and redirect them back into the community for road repair.

Highlighting the event was Texas Railroad Commissioner, David J. Porter, The Oil & Gas Year Eagle Ford Texas 2013’s “Man of the Year” award.
Commissioner Porter commented “One of the biggest challenges with Eagle Ford is all the misinformation”. He went on to say that Eagle Ford is “best regulated at the state level” We could not agree more!

Just released today: The latest Eagle Ford April Permit and Well map shows a total of 5,484 Permits, which is an increase of 26 since last month. Oil wells on line increased by 264 and Gas wells by 204 since March.
